Bonjour,
Suite à la lecture de cet article, je me suis réabonnée à Birchbox car je souhaiter tester le bronzer de la marque Jelly Pong Pong devant se trouver dans toutes les boxes.

Or, je n'ai pas reçu le bronzer et j'ai été très déçue. Surtout que j'ai regardé les différents contenus reçus par les autres abonnées et aucune ne se trouve sans le bronzer!!!
J'espère que cette absence de produit et une erreur de votre part et qu'elle sera vite réparée.

Je suis navrée malheureusement cet article est faux, il y a des compositions sans blush et donc certaines de nos abonnées ne l'ont pas reçu tout comme vous ;-)

Il se peut cependant que vous la receviez dans une box à venir ;-)

Je suis vraiment désolée que tu ne l'aies pas reçu. N'hésites pas à m'écrire par mail si tu veux en discuter ça sera plus simple :) En effet, les birchbox sont un mélange de produits beauté et les compositions sont un peu aléatoires et je pensais qu'ils distribuaient en effet le bronzer dans toutes les box car la blogueuse Needs and Moods l'avait précisé ..

Effectivement le bronzer devait être dans toutes les boxes mais suite à un problème de packaging et de nombreux fards arrivés défectueux, celui-ci n'a pas été livré dans toutes les Birchbox... ;-)
